Oct. 8th, 2024 05:09 pmSomething that’s coming kind of naturally in this design thing is the number eight. I mean, the eight pointed star is this toy’s emoji, so it feels natural to make any star-like elements eight-pointed too. And from there, why not more eights?
A couple of headmates have numerological motifs too. Cradle has five—five poofy sleeves (2 arms, 2 legs, 1 tail), five points on each sleeve, five swirls in each colour on her yo-yo. Sevens has, uh, six. Six limbs, hexagonal patterns on the eyes. Normal bee stuff.
While Tali has nine tails, it doesn’t really amount to anything more than that.

Oct. 7th, 2024 12:24 amThe party are getting into the swing of things now, which is fun. The Psychic has started proactively unleashing his psyche, since it's about once a fight anyway; the Gunslinger's got the cadence of Treat Wounds down; the Sawshbuckler... well, Paizo buffed the Swashbuckler. And the Thaumaturge seems to be getting better at positioning within range to damage enemies.

Oct. 6th, 2024 04:43 pmToy's been thinking about pronouns. It's definitely vibing with it/its for this Vivilution.
So what feels right is per-species neopronouns. A friend reminded me of the idea after she independantly used them in a story; I think it was probably me who came up with these ones a few years ago. If we wrote something TF-y with all eight eeveelutions, that's got Vivi's pawprints all over it. But yeah, here's nine sets of neopronouns for one headmate. Use vee/vee if you're unsure, we do try to keep stuff up to date in most places.
- Eevee (default): vee/vee/vees/vees/veeself
- Jolteon: jol/jolt/jolts/jolts/joltself + it/it/its/its/itself
- Vaporeon: va/vap/vaps/vaps/vapself
- Flareon: fla/flare/flare/flares/flareself
- Espeon: es/esp/esps/esps/espself
- Umbreon: bre/bre/bres/bres/breself
- Glaceon: gla/glace/glaces/glaces/glacelf
- Leafeon: lea/leaf/leafs/leafs/leafself
